The agent drafts the bill.
A supplier's bill arrives on WhatsApp. elan1 Decide reads it and answers 3 questions: which supplier, whether it matches the order, and whether the tax looks right.

01 Ask: The agent drafts the bill.
A supplier's bill arrives on WhatsApp. elan1 Decide reads it and answers 3 questions: which supplier, whether it matches the order, and whether the tax looks right.
2 answers are sure. The tax answer is not. elan1 Work drafts the bill in the ERP, on a copy, and proposes it. Nothing has touched the books.
02 Check: Your rules run first, and a GST rate doesn't match.
Before anything runs, elan1 Govern checks the proposal against your rules and the checks built from your own books.
6 checks pass. One fails: the bill charges 12% GST on fasteners that carry 18%. Govern doesn't allow it and doesn't refuse it. It asks a person.
6 of 7 checks pass. The bill from Annapoorna Wire Products charges 12% GST (₹1,18,720); HSN 7318 carries 18% (₹1,25,080).
03 Approve: The finance head decides.
The request reaches the finance head in the console and on her phone, with the reason it was held. Unanswered requests expire after 24 hours and are refused.
You are the finance head. Read the request and decide.
04 Act: Only what she approved is posted.
Only what was decided runs, with credentials the agent never sees.
The agent cannot widen what was approved: not a different amount, not a different supplier, not another bill.
If the finance head approves at 18%, the bill is posted for ₹1,25,080. If she refuses, nothing is posted and the supplier is asked for a revised bill.
05 Record: What happened, and who said yes.
Every outcome, allowed, approved or refused, ends in a signed record. Your auditor can check it offline, without asking us.
All of it ran in India, on Kolam's own cloud account, with the cost of each step booked to the finance team.
What you just saw
1 supplier bill, 4 platforms.
Each platform did one job. Only one of them could let the bill reach the books.
What does this human-in-the-loop AI demo show?
It shows one AI agent action from proposal to record, with a person in the loop. An agent drafts a supplier's bill, elan1 Govern checks it against your rules, a GST mismatch holds it for the finance head, and only what she approves is posted, with a signed record of who decided. The company is fictional.
01
elan1 Decide reads it.
Which supplier, whether it matches the order, and whether the tax looks right. Each answer says how sure it is.
02
elan1 Work prepares it.
The bill is drafted on a copy of the ERP, and the books are checked before anything goes live.
03
elan1 Govern decides.
Allow, ask a person, or refuse. The mismatch went to the finance head, and only her decision ran.
04
elan1 Run carries it.
In India, on Kolam's own cloud account, with the cost of each step booked to the finance team.
If she says no
A refusal is a result, not a failure.
A refusal goes through the same checks and leaves the same record as an action that goes through. We bill it at 40% of a governed action, and we publish refusal rates next to cost.
Fail toward a human, never toward an action. If elan1 Govern is unavailable, actions stop; they do not slip through.
