Website terms of use.

These terms govern your use of elan1.ai (the “site”), operated by ELAN1 AGENTIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“elan1”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover the use of elan1 Govern, elan1 Work, elan1 Decide or elan1 Run, which are provided under a separate written agreement with each customer.

elan1 Govern, elan1 Work, elan1 Decide and elan1 Run are available. The site describes them, their prices and how they work. Please read it with these points in mind:

• Prices on the site are current list prices in Indian rupees, exclusive of GST. GST is added at the applicable rate on the invoice. A price on the site is not an offer; the price that applies is the one in your order or agreement.
• Product details describe the service as it is today. We improve it over time; what’s next lists the improvements we are working on, without dates.
• Every record, screen, company or code sample is an illustrative specimen, not customer data. Kolam Components* is a fictional company (*Fictional company; all data is illustrative).
• Claims about assurance levels follow the claims register. L3 Proven applies only once an outside auditor accepts an L2 bundle in writing.

Nothing on the site is an offer to contract, a warranty, or legal, regulatory or financial advice. Regulation pages are high-level summaries; take your own advice.

The site, its text, design, the elan1 wordmark and disc, diagrams and specimens belong to ELAN1 AGENTIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may view, print and share pages for your own evaluation of elan1, with attribution and without changes. You may not use our names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement, or reproduce the site for commercial use without our written permission.

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• disrupt or overload it, or try to gain access to systems or data you are not authorised to reach;
• scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or bypass any access control;
• submit false information, someone else’s personal data without their permission, or unlawful content through a form;
• use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.

If you find a security vulnerability in the site, report it to elango@elan1.ai and allow us reasonable time to fix it before disclosure. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and do not degrade the service. We do not pursue good-faith research that follows these rules. Our security contact is also published at /.well-known/security.txt.

The site links to official texts and other public sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The site is provided “as is” for information. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, elan1 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice; cookies are covered by the cookie notice.

Legal notices, and any legal action under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, go to Hariharan at hariharan@elan1.ai, or by post to our office at 114, B Block, Second Floor, Sir Theagaraya Road, T Nagar, Chennai 600017, Tamil Nadu, India. Hariharan is also our grievance officer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
