elan1 Work Revenue: governed AI agent changes in your CRM

elan1 Work Revenue is the CRM line of elan1 Work. An AI agent can draft changes to leads, deals, quotes and customer records, and each change passes the same rule check, the same named approver where your rules ask, and the same proof record as a change to your books. It sits on top of an elan1 Work plan.

Status: AvailableChecked and recorded by elan1 Govern.

01What it does

An agent proposes the change. Your rules decide if it happens.

The CRM line

Checked and recorded by elan1 Govern.

Sales records drift. Opportunities stall, contacts go stale, duplicates pile up. Revenue lets an agent propose the fix as a typed change to your CRM. elan1 Govern checks it against your rules before anything is written. A named person approves where your rules ask. Every change leaves a proof record.

  • Work it handles. Pipeline hygiene, stalled opportunities, forecast variance and stale records.
  • Checks for CRM work. Consent, price authority, forecast, export volume, merge safety, and quota and credit.
  • A second system of record. Revenue is the first line where elan1 Govern checks writes to a system other than your ERP.

02Who it's for

Firms that run a CRM beside their books.

  • Firms that run a CRM beside their books, and want agent changes there held to the same rules.
  • Sales and operations heads who own the pipeline.
  • Finance heads who care about price authority, credit and the forecast.

03How it works

The same path as every line of elan1 Work.

Six steps from a request to a record. Any of them can stop the change.

  1. 01

    Ask

You, or a scheduled review, asks for a change in plain words.

  2. 02

    Draft

An agent drafts a typed change to named CRM records. It cannot decide whether the change may happen.

  3. 03

    Check

elan1 Govern runs its gates and your versioned rules against your own CRM data, with no model.

  4. 04

    Approve

Where your rules ask, a named approver who is not the asker sees the change, the check results and the rule version.

  5. 05

    Apply

    One writer applies the change.

  6. 06

    Record

Govern writes a 16-field proof record. A refusal writes one too, metered at 0.4 of a governed action.

Beside the ERP line

07Limits

What it does not do.

Plain limits, so you can plan around them.

  • It is not a CRM. It changes records in the CRM you already use.
  • It does not let an agent approve its own change, or let a model produce an allow.
  • In Mode B it does not block a change. It evaluates and records it.
  • It does not charge per seat, and it does not charge a refusal at the full rate.
  • It is not sold on its own. It sits on top of an elan1 Work plan.
