Commerce takes the same path as every line: ask, check, approve, apply, record. It builds no rules engine, approval queue or record of its own. Every write goes through elan1 Govern. Checked and recorded by elan1 Govern.

Commerce sits on top of your elan1 Work plan, on the same credit meter as the other lines, and a change that Govern refuses uses 0.4 of a credit. Never per seat.
All prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added at the applicable rate on the invoice.

- It does not decide whether a change may happen. Only elan1 Govern allows or refuses.
- It does not keep its own approvals or audit trail. Every record is elan1 Govern's.
- It does not make you compliant with any regulation on its own.
