Access follows your agreement: we invite the people it names, each with their own link.
- At onboardingCustomers of elan1 Govern, Work, Decide and RunYour agreement names the people who need console access, usually the process owner, the named approvers and an administrator. Console access is set up as part of onboarding.

- When your team changesNew colleagues, by nameAsk us to invite a colleague by name, or to remove someone who has left. Each person gets their own link, so their actions carry their own name in the record.

03Keeping your access safe
We never ask for your password by email or phone.
Nobody at elan1 asks you for a password, a one-time code or an access link, by email, by phone or in a chat. If someone does, it is not us.
- No password requests. Not by email, not by phone, not by message.
- No sign-in form on this site. Console access starts from the link we email you, never from a form on elan1.ai or a page someone sends you.
- No forwarded links. We invite people by name. We never ask you to pass an access link on.
- No urgency tricks. We never threaten to close your access to make you act quickly.
Received something suspicious? Do not reply, click or enter anything. Tell us what arrived, when and from where, so we can warn others.

Sign-in questions, answered.
Yes. Each platform page has a screen-by-screen tour of its console, on illustrative data. To follow one governed write from intent to proof record, take the governed-action walkthrough: eight steps, ungated, on a fictional company.
No. At L1 the proof record is tamper-evident to you: anyone holding the records can recompute each digest and walk the chain. From L2, records are also signed and checkable offline with the free verifier. See how to verify a record.
Ask your elan1 contact for a new one, or write to us through the contact form. We confirm who you are before sending a fresh link.
Please don't. Each access link is meant for the person it was sent to. Ask us to invite your colleague by name, so their actions carry their own name in the record.
