elan1 Work Voice lets a named approver hear a pending change on the phone and say yes or no. It is one more way to reach an approval, not a new power: the same checks run, the same step-up applies, and the approval leaves the same proof record as one given in the console.

01What it does

A channel for approvals. Nothing more.

A way in, not a new power

Checked and recorded by elan1 Govern.

When a change is waiting for you, you can call in, hear what will change and why, and approve or reject it. Voice adapts how you reach the approval. It never decides anything.

  • Inbound only. You call in. elan1 Work never places a call, to you or to your customers.
  • It may approve. It may never raise. Voice can approve or reject a change that is already waiting. It cannot ask for a new one.
  • Nothing is only approvable by voice. Every change you can approve by phone, you can also approve in the console.
  • Same rules. elan1 Govern runs every check, whichever channel the approval comes through.

    You say yes or no. If the call drops or anything is unclear, nothing is approved and the change waits.

    Record

    elan1 Govern applies or refuses the change, and writes the proof record.

05What it connects to

One more way to reach an approval.

Voice sits beside the console, the CA console, /v1 and WhatsApp as one more way to reach an approval. It carries no write of its own. Every write still goes through elan1 Govern, and elan1 Run carries the call under contract.

The unit

Never per seat.

Voice sits on top of your elan1 Work plan, on the same credit meter as the other lines, and a change that Govern refuses uses 0.4 of a credit. Never per seat.

All prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added at the applicable rate on the invoice.

  • It never places a call. There is no outbound calling, to approvers or to customers.
  • It cannot start a change. It can only approve or reject one that is already waiting.
  • It is not a voice agent that talks to your customers.
  • It does not change who may approve or what they must see. Your rules set that, in every channel.
  • It is not sold on its own. It sits on top of an elan1 Work plan.
