Design partner
A design partner is an early-adopter organisation that puts one real process on elan1's governed write path and helps shape what comes next. The programme has ten places, meets for a 30-minute call every two weeks, and offers elan1 Work at ₹0 for 90 days within fair use, followed by a 12-month price lock.

What it means in practice
A design partner brings one process where a person already signs off, a named approver and a named owner. We configure it with them to its first governed write.
We publish nothing about a design partner without written consent. An anonymised specimen appears only if the partner agrees.
